Glansectomy - 6 months after surgery

Photos taken 6 months after surgery to remove my glans and scrotum. I'd already been free of my testicles for 7 years and had a subincision well before the orchiectomy.

Erection, 5 weeks after glansectomy - still swollen.

Flaccid. 10 weeks after glansectomy (and scrotectomy).

Hard stump with subincision, end view, 11 weeks after glansectomy and scrotectomy. The end still seems swollen but doesn't seem to be changing.

Morning wood, 3 months after scrotectomy and glansectomy. Scrotum started where the subincision ends. Love that it's gone!
