Frenectomy

Along the way into my meatotomy I knew I’d want to extend beyond. But I had a ton of skin hanging off the bottom of my glans… frenun. It had to go. A friend on old MM guided me to Pulledback site. Between that and some other sources, the frenun was detached.

Meatotomy

I eventually got irritated that my PA fistula didn’t want to stretch and stay stretched. In order to achieve my stretching goals, I wound up cutting out my PA for a meatotomy, and I’m SO glad I did.

 A little fun after some. More healing, and after the fed ectomy. The puffy ridge has been trimmed as well. The puffy ridge leading upward from the frenun. Apart from the frenun, I wasn’t fond of the puffy border of the new meatus, so plan to trim that Open wide so everyone can see! Another clamping. At times I think this is the best part. I began clamping further but realized the frenun was in the way.
