Meatotomy Subincisions Genital modification

Have thought it would be great to have a transscrotal for a long time, so decided to have a trial run today. This is a ball stretching collar where I have swapped one of the screws for a dowel and this holds the whole thing in place when the one remaining screw is done up tight. I've clamped down pretty hard so the front and back of the sack are squashed together.I don't suppose this will achieve a real transscrotal but it will be fun to wear this for the day.
