Need some help motivating me to go through with a glansectomy. It feels like its finally time to remove my glans, I plan on keeping the foreskin. Just need that little extra push to help me go through with it. I have the means and the ability to do it myself safely, just looking for that last little push I need.

These are photos taken over the last year or so. Most of them were taken prior to engaging in some form of CBT play. I always love documenting before and after photos. But it’s become much more relevant of late as I’ve started engaging in riskier CBT play (such as needles in the shaft).
I figured since his days are numbered, I should let the world see him before his time is up.
Here's some before and after if my frenulectomy. Somehow gained about an extra inch or so due to the tension release. Kinda funny I got bigger and yet also want a penectomy lol.
