That is amazing! I have had this as a fantasy, to have a testicle or both testicles exposed and estimmed to orgasm so the testicles can be observed when orgasm is achieved. During and prior to orgasm, the testicles retract upwards, in this situation, the exposed testicles can be held and pulled out to stop them from retracting, and maybe squeezed when orgasm occurs.
