I heave initialy pierced my shaft piercing, in 2mm, too. Then stetched to 6mm each.

But I insereted for the Initial piercing PTFE. It makes the healing mutch easyer. No crusts are sticking on it, cleaning is easy and there is nearly no irritation in the piercing channel if the piercing is moving when your penis change from flacid to hard and the other way.

Piercing more then one is no problem, I heave seen 5 and more in one session, without problems. But it would be nice project to add everey time you stretch your piercing a new one. So you heave the different sizes in rotation until you reach you goal size.

Streching them is not easy, only in small 0,5mm steps.

After you reached your goal sice and it is heald nicely, you can change to Titanium ore surgical steel.
