I think the bars are much to thin, even a standard ampallang/apadravya should never pierced with something thinner then 2,5mm. I would try with 2,5 or 3mm.

The other problem: a piercing through the corpus cavernosum tends to make problems with healing and maybe never heal completely.

So it's not the same like a shaft piercing, wich only needs a lot of time and care to heal.
