Should have anchored the band in place, cut the glans as soon as it was fully numb, then carefully removed the band after those 2 and a half days. The removal of the glans as soon as is practicable is necessary in order to not let the tissue past the band become necrotic.
@asmanthebell has it right, looks like you're already dealing with an infection. Bite the bullet and go to a hospital to have it looked at by an actual doctor, blood poisoning is no joke.
Sometimes I wonder why I even bother posting detailed explanations of how I performed my own glansectomy in one go without infection and without needing medical intervention, clearly some folks don't bother to do their homework regardless.

I did remove the band as soon as it was possible which was 2.5 days. The scab is starting to loosen no sign of any infection so I think it will be okay.
Not seen the detailed explanation of conducting a glandsectomy I have been asking for advice for weeks on here but no replies.

Cauterisation the offending tissue usually electrical is best but expensive.

The infection could be deeper and also now in your blood stream, which is sepsis, I would get a blood test done for infection markers, it’s your life at the end of the day, NHS guidance is clear.
