You did a great job on the glandsectomy. I'm a step behind as I want a glandsectomy but not sure how to do it myself without medical training. I'm concerned about being able to urinate or will I need it rerouted. I was surgically castrated In 2018 fir benign cancer and I love not having balls. Scrotum is atrophing which is good and next working on cutting back the tail. If I can be of help to you please let me know. If you have anything you could share that would help me to properly do a glandsectomy safe as posdible without a er or doctor involved that would really mean alot. I'm Rick BTW.
