The head is the toughest part to push through.

As well, once the needle is in, the it seems to tighten around the needle, so to pull it out, you have to hold the head tighty between your fingers and pull HARD. Ask me how I know. :-)

Having pushed a 120mm needle thru the head and down the shaft, into a cavernosa, I can tell you that you bleed like a stuck pig when you pull it out. A big spray/fountain all over the floor. I pinched the hole closed but it took a good 10 mins before the bleeding stopped.

But going crossways thru the shaft is much easier and a real mind-rush to watch. And you can feel the needle break through each layer of the shaft. I've often put four shorter, 21g hypo's thru my shaft. :-D
