The penis was completely removed from the pelvic bone. I have no phantom sensation, no stump and no hint of erection. The urethra opening does become a bit engorged and opens up a bit when I'm turned on due to increased blood flow. The nerve bundle and blood supply to the glans was preserved to create a clit. It becomes a little bit engorged also, but not like an erection and I don't have the sensation of erection at all.
