The healing process didn't take long. Immediately after the cut I inserted a suitable acrylic plug. I used sections of round rods or tubes. The plugs ensured that the pressure on the inside of the cut quickly stopped the bleeding. The video was filmed 16 days after the cut. The tissue was still elastic. At that point the plug had a diameter of 20mm. I always rubbed the acrylic plugs with panthenol cream before inserting them. After about 3-4 weeks the first layer of skin had closed. During this time the diameter of the plugs decreased to 18mm. I didn't use any weights on the glans piercing. I use the piercing to stretch my penis upwards towards my navel when playing with electrostimulation. I've noticed that the electrical stimulation between my testicles and glans becomes more intense when I stretch my penis and scrotum simultaneously.
