It started in 2003 with a Haffada and in 2005 the shaft piercing was added directly under the glans. I pierced the Haffada myself with a 2mm cannula. I went very deep, almost completely through the outer sac and out again 2cm further. Healing took some time. A new, stable skin channel first had to form. I kept trying to stretch the piercing and risked a slight infection each time. In 2008 I widened the canal for the first time using “surgical” methods and inserted an acrylic rod with a 15mm diameter. Over the years I have gradually widened the canal in 5mm increments. When it turns out I was going too fast and the skin started to thin, I reduced the stakes. I also pierced the shaft piercing myself with a 2mm cannula. 5 years later I permanently widened the canal with a 6mm punching iron. From time to time I have widened the canal using “surgical” methods and also allowed it to grow back. I have to be careful with further modifications to the shaft piercing. I only want to go as far as the foreskin manages to cover the canal and the insert. My wife doesn't want me to attract attention with my modifications in the sauna. Fortunately, I can remove the haffada for a longer period of time without the canal shrinking. The canal then disappears into the folds of the sac. At the moment it looks like the setting is stable.
