I cut mine open with a scalpel .. Just a little slice and kept cutting the different layers . I keep cutting until I saw a bright white inside and that was the final layer . Then a thin chicken like membrane that u can tear with your fingers it felt sooo good . Juice squirted out and then the ball popped out of the hole like it wanted out .. it was so cool . It dangled by the cords outside my ball sack . When I was done I put it back in cleaned the area and sewed it back up
