indeed - when piggies want to be slaughtered, then at first and some time before they have to get castrated. Otherwise its testosteron will give the good meat an off taste! Thats important for all male pigs!! And of course their tails should be shortened - a little stubby will be anough. Otherwise they will nibble each other their tails and get wounds , which not so healthily!!!
