I will never forget the 1st time I did this. I did it straight through the center of the head with an 18 gauge needle. I loved the resistance as I slowly pushed it through. Then suddenly there was no resistance as the tip of the needle penetrated into my urethra and then passed through, then into the other side of my glans. Then the thrill as I saw a dimple appear on the side of my glans, knowing the needle was about to pop through!

Then I nust relaxed for a few minutes, enjoying the mental rush of what I had just done. There was no blood. Then I began to withdraw the needle. That's when suddenly blood squirted out the one side of my glans, and out the base of the needle on the other side. Sure did make a mess. LOL
