Awesome!!! I want to do this as well. Did you pierce it yourself first? I have been contemplating this piercing for a while now since the regrowth on my head split is so annoying. What is it like when you get hard?

I started with a 2mm DIY piercing just under the glans. Then I expanded it step by step along the middle of the shaft over several years. First with cuticle scissors, later with a cutter knife. I can't say what it feels like when the cock gets hard. The medication for high blood pressure means my cock no longer gets stiff.
