My nuts had banded about 45 minutes at this point. They were dark and cold... little feeling. I was so close to placing my new, unused razor sharp hunting knife right below the bands and swiftly slice through. But my nut bag was tight with my nuts looking swollen, preessing lightly in my bag, threatening to pop out. What would be like to do it slow? Make a full length cut from the bands all the way down the midline, then underneath? Lay the nut bag open and cut the tissue holding the contents inside? Pull them out and let the nuts and cords hang free. Play with them a little before tying of each cord and snipping them free. Then stretch the empty bag out and slice it off below the bands.
