    • I wish I could leave them on until it falls off. My problem is I have no medical training and urinating and suturing the wound would be something I would need help or sound advice on. I am not one that goes to the ER unless I'm in so much pain or so sick I can't move. I believe from experience a lot of people if they leave the hospital usually leave in worse shape then when admitted. It may be from the original issue or something picked up while being around those who are contagious. I have a compromised immune system from my lucky genetic family tree that allreafy makes life a challenge. When it bones to a partial or full or glandsectomy I am ready to do it. Just want to stay out of ER. I was surgically castrated by a licensed surgeon in 2018 by informed consent in his office. I am so glad I got that done and have no regrets other then one. If I had to do again I would go with inaugural orchiectomy vs simple. This way I don't have a empty sac taking years to atrophy and cut cords in the cabal. Would love those gone and a reroute on the uretha to the perenium. If anyone that has experience doing this and I know many have, if you are in Vegas or planning a trip I would do all I can to make it worth to you. Thanks for reading and A great weekend to all.
