I cut it with a scalpel with and without Emla ointment. Today I tried to split the penis head/glans further with a "rotary knife" and a mini circular saw blade, but more blood flowed than I could cut. Am I doing something wrong?? I will continue to use a scalpel. Can anyone give me advice??
