Well done, my pee hole kept healing up making it really difficult to pee after removing a large PA piercing. Thats when i started cutting to open up the urethra, but liked it so much we did a full meatomy then subincision, then gland split and finally bisection. Best thing I have every done and luckily my wife likes my mods too and been active in 'slicing sessions' as she calls it, and encouged me to go further even suggesting a horizontal glands split as the next mod but i have never seen one.
