Had my balls surgerically removed in Bangkok $3000 in a top clinic. Extracted via the scrotum, i asked the surgeon to remove as much of the spermatic cords as possible.

No pain during the operation and very little discomfort afterwards. Unlike my vasectomy which was really painfull for weeks I was back to normal in a few days.

Taking HRT cream now for about 6 months then TRT probably. Everything still works as it did before.

I was still fertil before the Op even after years of regularly injecting large amounts of Saline, Vodka into my balls.

Very pleased with the result having empty sacks, later my wife wants to trim my scrotum so they look like labia then we can put all the jewellery back in.
