Proposed skin excision

Proposed skin excision, to remove the perenual skin laturally and postieriorly from the subincision edges to the inner thigh creases and towards the anus, marked in red.

Letting the wound heal by secondary intention, this will permanently force the urethra outwards and flat , replacing my perenium skin with exposed urethra. The sensations will feel fantastic when walking and sitting, im already feeling a taste of it from the current exposure.
