5th Session - Clamping & cutting glans lobes - My view - Warning : Blood flow !!!

I have a small subincision cut just to below my Glans & it bled a lot. I had intended a longer cut but with the blood I could not see where to cut further. Watching your video it is obvious it is a lot easier with two extra hands. Nice cut ?

Is a cauterizer a needed tool if I intend to continue cutting in order to cut more tissue during one session & does,does using one cause a delay in healing due to the burning effect? Also, what is my best options for eventually cutting to my perinium. Are there areas such as separating the scrotum require special attention? Hey I know to many this fetish is a fantasy, although. I am quite serious about altering & destroying as much functionality as possible, just short of amputating my dick . My goal is to Modify my dick into a shrunken split limp Clit .. I also split my glans like that. However, in small steps, by tying small sections of the glans with a twine and waiting until the tissue is dead.

Eure Beiträge sind sehr hilfreich, hätte ich sie mal eher gelesen. Nach dem ich mir mit der Klemme die Harnröhre geschnitten hatte war alles gut, bis auf ein wenig Blut und habe einfach ein kleinen Tampon hinein gesteckt.
