two needles , axially, 2 cm deep, one into each half of the gland. Pierce, go deep, rotate and remove it. Rub dick and enjoy the spring. If arthesian , be happy and rub harder, to maintain it . When bleed slow down, do the same with second needle. If not obtain enough blood just use large diameter needle. Be kinky and pump with heart and hand, just for excitment and fun.
