Self-penectomy
I built up to this over the past 2-3 months. DO NOT USE THIS VIDEO FOR INSPIRATION. I can't even begin to underscore this enough - I had a full subincision done 17 years ago, so my urethra getting closed off was an avoidable concern, and I also spent the past few months making gradual cuts into the corpora cavernosa.
