Another rung for the ladder

Been thinking about this for months and today was finally the day that it happened. Overall went really well with little pain as I pushed the needle through. Only slight hiccup was when I dropped the ball for the barbell so had to find where it had got to.

I'm now at the bottom of my subincision so any further rungs are going to have to go through the urethra or I will have to expand the sub further into my sack.
