I’m pretty sure this is a FTM hyperrealistic packer product with fuel density silicone and hair. I think airbrush would really sell the look for a scene like this, but it’s clearly fake, hot though.
I'm not so sure. I have seen a video of it where they cut through the urethra (aka give it a subincision) and it looks very much real. That I don't know is how it is still semi erect.
