      • I’m pretty sure this is a FTM hyperrealistic packer product with fuel density silicone and hair. I think airbrush would really sell the look for a scene like this, but it’s clearly fake, hot though.

        • I'm not so sure. I have seen a video of it where they cut through the urethra (aka give it a subincision) and it looks very much real. That I don't know is how it is still semi erect.

          From other sources I believe this to be real. I would have to believe a very fresh harvest due to color and texture. The erection has to be something pushed inside the penis. You can see a bend near the base at the end of whatever was inserted. Not that I am an expert. Although I do have a balloon inside my penis.

            This is in fact real. Two Chinese mortician students that (I believe) harvested the appendage fresh. I deduce this based on the discussions and original QQ posts. Never got to see ALL the videos, but I know there are at least four more, because I have them
