Yeah, they weren't originally like that. I have a permanent hydrocele in my right testicle due to some misadventure involving needle play about 5 years ago. Heated up the end of the needle at the exit point, and when pulling it back out, one of the flecks of carbonisation must have embedded itself, which is now being seen as an irritant. Nothing super horrible, I just need to jab my right ball with a needle roughly 2-3 times a year to drain off the excess fluid build-up. Come to think of it, it's about that time, I should make a video of it as well.
