Actually I wanted a free-hand job, it is easier to do with a clamp, but I would be limited to the area where the clamp was applied. In this cut I used an anesthesia ointment and made a tourniquet to reduce the sensitivity, the pain was almost 0, I would say much less than the pain of applying the clamp.
