SUBINCISION + PLASMA PEN
I'm cauterizing my subincision to increase its size a bit.
In this video, I needed EMLA cream and half an hour of banding; you can see that the penis is blue.

Hervorragend und wunderschön dass es immer mehr Leute gibt die ein Cauter benutzen.

Please do yourself a favor its so much easier to clamp for an hour then cut with a sharp pair of scissors. Unless you want unnecessary pain and slow recovery and an untidy job

Actually I wanted a free-hand job, it is easier to do with a clamp, but I would be limited to the area where the clamp was applied. In this cut I used an anesthesia ointment and made a tourniquet to reduce the sensitivity, the pain was almost 0, I would say much less than the pain of applying the clamp.
