Frenulectomy
Here's some before and after if my frenulectomy. Somehow gained about an extra inch or so due to the tension release. Kinda funny I got bigger and yet also want a penectomy lol.

I found the same thing when my second piercing broke when it reached 16mm. I have a lot more travel of the foreskin which feels great.

So fascinating! I’m going to look and see if you’ve posted a video of the procedure. Curios if you self performed or had it done by a professional. I didn’t even know what a frenulum was until a guy on FetLife pointed out mine to me. I’m circumcised, but he felt my string was still extremely prominent. And he wanted to see me slice through it. He said it was “snap”. I got a video of me slicing it. It didn’t snap, per se, but that area does look a little different now.

I didnt take a video of it but I did do it myself. Mine was rather tight and always caused discomfort. Didn't realize it was tight enough to prevent a full erection so when I cut it, it gained over an inch of length

I’ve heard of this since researching it. Some men have pain associated with it, some men get a boost in length when it’s cut. Like you. I think that’s most often the case when a man is uncircumcised (but don’t quote me). The dom that ask me to cut mine may have thought mine was still holding on more than it was. It definitely looks like a really tight string, but I was unable to get it to snap in two.
I wodner if I’d need to grab on to it with tweezer and then slice it away from the shaft to fully remove it. Open to suggestions!
but I also discovered it’s a source of intense sensation and pleasure. It’s dulled a little bit since I sliced it (it mostly healed) and pierced it with needles. But still a strong source of pleasure.

Yeah, mine was definitely a strong source of pleasure too but im glad its gone, much more comfortable now though. I will say it took me about 3 attempts to get good results, the first couple times I just severed it and nothing happened, the 3rd I fully cut it off and thats how I got the extra retraction and length.

Congratulations! I removed mine over ten years ago, and I never missed it. More freedom playing with my foreskin and no loss of sensitivity.
And it was a great first step towards my meatotomy.
