Hot stretch. Did it cause any damage to them?

No. I've been stretching almost regularly since 2008. I built it up slowly. My goal was always to wear the stretchers for as long as possible. I never went beyond the pain threshold. Now the length hasn't changed much for a few years. I think I have reached the maximum limlt of the internal structure of my balls.
