Glansectomy, 2 years later
Figured I'd take some photos of the current state of my cock. I performed my own glansectomy in September 2022. Everything healed up fine since I went about it as carefully as possible.
Still hoping to get rid of the rest some day, but that's not something I can do on my own over here in Sweden. Looking for some first-hand help in that regard.

Can you tell us how you did your glansectomy please.

Sure. All the way back in 2007 I had a subincision done down to the base, as you can see in the photos, so my urethra healing shut wasn't a concern.
I numbed just behind the ridge of the glans with EMLA cream, then cinched a zip-tie as tightly as I could around it, periodically pulling it tighter over the first hour, as the tissue became more compressed.
Once my glans was fully numb, I anchored two needles cross-wise through the zip-tie to hold it in place, cut off the glans, then cauterized the end with a hot knife.
I left the zip-tie on for two more days, then very carefully removed it. There was some bleeding, but it was manageable. I also had a 10-day course of antibiotics left over from a prior ear infection, and took those during the first 10 days of healing. Taking antibiotics without an active infection is usually ill-advised, particularly if you don't know what sort of infection you're dealing with, but some research indicated that the bacteria responsible for middle-ear infections tend to have the same gram stain as the bacteria responsible for wound infections.
It took about two months for everything to fully heal, and that was that.
