  think Option 3 first.
  Put a smal candle in uretra, fill the rest with wax and then let this new Candle burn down and enjoy some glasses Wine in the meantime,..

Good idea!!!
I also made one with a round embroidery frame, but the elastic bands and hooks weren't much use. The hook wouldn't penetrate the foreskin.
I'll have to get something else.
