You don´t need much, similar saline infusion. You need a infusion catheter, needle, a clean/new cream dispenser and N2O capsules. And a slow hand. XD

Doest hurt, just like saline. Time Depends on how tight you tie your Genitals. when you untie it, the gas spreads quickly into the abdominal cavity, just like sailine only spreads faster. But the gas is absorbed more quickly by the body.
