Why not just use a sharp pair of scissors, instead of hacking it with a scalpel. Or at least use a scalpel against something firm stuffed in the urethra.

I agree: I would have preferred to use a pair of scissors to split his glans. But I didn't have any.

And I should have inserted a sound into his urethra to be able to support and cut more effectively with the scalpel. But it was a wonderful magical moment together.

Alas, his glans has healed on half of the cup!!! I'll have to do it again

Do you consider circumcision into the list?

You should have used scissors after the forceps. This way you risked being imprecise.

Scissors didn't excite me at all and it is more complicated to sterilize so more risk. Really not my thing lol. But they have advantage for sure, just not for me ^^ Remember I do that for pleasure not for the result lol
