Rather obviously fake. The "stump" is too high up on the crotch, the "dressing" fabric is suspiciously positioned, the first video shows scalpels that are unbelievably clean for purportedly having just cut through a cock, and if you single-frame this second video in particular, you can see a moment where his actual cock ends up visible just past the edges of the fabric covering most of the rest of his crotch.
It's a remarkably well-done fake, I'll give him that, but fake nonetheless.
