I gave my patient the selfmade heating sound. An induction soldering iron pistol with a wire sound to heat the urethra. Adjusted from 30 up to 400 degrees Celsius. He switched by himself the trigger. Better to switch at the inner glans or 1 cm deep but not very deep cause there are less nerves and you couldn’t feel the worse destruction
